Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. As per the tracking link shared by the BlueDart courier company, they say they are unable to deliver the parcel as the address is incorrect. As you have confirmed the address and all shipping details are correct, we will make a new product and send it again to you through a different courier service.

Font of the nameplate could have been better
It looks nice, and it's great that we can also personalize it in our native language (Telugu in my case) and desired font. However, the printing quality could be improved.
