Become a Housenama Franchise Partner

1. Our franchise partners purchase and display sample name-plates in their store. Additionally, they are provided with a soft copy of the entire catalogue of Housenama products that can be displayed on a screen and/or mobile.
2. Walk-in customers can choose from the different nameplate options, share customization details and book their order with the franchise partner. Support is provided by Housenama for any design/customization request.
3. Once the franchise partner books the order with Housenama, we make and ship the customized nameplate from our workshop in Mumbai to your store. The franchise partner earns a commission on every order.

We are looking at franchise partners who have an existing retail outlet with a wall to display our name-plate collection. It is preferable if the retail outlet is related to home improvement and home decor - but that is not a pre-requisite.

The investment is limited to the purchase of a sample kit of nameplates that the partner needs to display at their store. So, one can get started for as little as Rs. 10,000. This allows our partners to start generating profits in the first month itself.

Typically, the process would take anywhere between 12 to 15 days. This includes the time taken to make and deliver the samples.

Yes, Housenama will provide virtual training. You’ll also have access to online training content for future reference.

While there may be multiple franchise partner in cities, the partner is appointed exclusively to a specific mutually agreed geography/market.

This will be a permanent agreement, which is revised and renewed annually. Housenama retains the right to terminate a contract with a partner subject to the partner not meeting required performance and compliance standards.

We have a 7-day "replace or refund" policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund. A replacement and refund is only offered in the following scenarios:

1. The item received is damaged on reaching your location.
2. The item has a prior defect.
3. The wrong item has been shipped to you.

Items are made as per the approved layout shared with you. You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
