The name board's aesthetic appeal is highly satisfactory, and i appreciate the thoughtful inclusion of all necessary mounting accessories, such as screws and fixings. However, a critical quality control issue exists with the paint used for the text, which is notably poor and easily removed by a simple scratch. Please advise on the immediate corrective actions being implemented to ensure paint durability, as my decision to place future orders for similar name plates depends entirely on the resolution of this defect.
I liked the nameplate but the colour of name plate is little darker than we saw on website. It’s cute and minimal.
