I ordered the name plate for my home based on the image. In the image it's clearly visible that it's curved. But at my surprise, I got straight plate without any finish. I write to the customer care, again it's an uttar surprise to me to see their revert. They are saying this image is just an indicator and you have to verify the images where customers posted on the review box.
Wow!!!! What a great business this fraud company is doing. I am posting here the image what I see in their advertisement.

Hi Binu, we’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. To clarify, this product is a straight nameplate - at no point on our website have we stated that it is curved. The product page carries multiple images of the design, including customer-shared photos, all of which show the same straight finish. The product images are shown from different angles, which might have created a visual perception of curvature.
This design has been purchased by over 1,000 customers in the past 8 months without any such concern. Even so, we take every query seriously and have already offered to arrange a pickup and issue a full refund for your order.
