Kindly be informed that the product has not yet been delivered, and despite shamelessly delaying it for the past two weeks, the courier company has made the false claim that I refused to receive it. This level of inconvenience is unacceptable when I have already paid for the delivery charges in advance. May kindly look into the matter and get it delivered as soon as possible.

It looks nice, and it's great that we can also personalize it in our native language (Telugu in my case) and desired font. However, the printing quality could be improved.

I DONT NEED SCREW IN NAMEPLATE BUT ONLY A TAPE ON BACK SIDE WHICH CAN STICK TO THE WALL INSIDE A SOCIRY OF FLATS.
