Customers praised the wooden nameplate's "superb quality and finish" with professional craftsmanship. Most found it worth the price despite being "a little expensive." However, some reported issues: the round shape made hanging difficult, requiring extra screws; customization requests weren't fulfilled; and delivery problems occurred with poor courier service.

The final product was as shown in the image. The quality and finish is superb, totally worth the price. The only issue I had was with the hanging. As it is round, it was not holding properly on one screw. so i had to put a small one on the side to balance it..which is visible.
The business house showed no commitment towards the customer. I did not receive the nameplate when I needed it the most. There was no response to several calls and chats by the business house, and in the end, it did not serve my purpose. The courier company DTDC used by the company is utterly useless and shows zero care about customer satisfaction.
Hi Mithun, apologies for the poor experience. We have shipped your order twice - and this time it has been sent via Bluedart. However, the address details shared while placing the order were incorrect. The address shared was of Powai while the pincode corresponded to Pant Nagar in Ghatkopar. This has resulted in a misrouted shipment and we have escalated the same with Bluedart. We do hope to resolve it at the earliest. In the worst case scenario, it will return back to our office and we will resend it to you via Porter.

The product was excellent . However i had asked for some customisation at the time of placing order, which wasn’t done.
The reason for ordering from such start ups is to get customised products but that wasn’t fulfilled.
Thanks for the feedback. While we try and accommodate customization requests, this one is beyond our current scope. Hopefully, we will have a range of glitter nameplates soon.

Is there an option to select the font type?
Yes, that can be done. You can try previewing your name using the font options at DaFont https://www.dafont.com/ or Font Squirrel https://www.fontsquirrel.com/ or Google Fonts. https://fonts.google.com/
Once you have shortlisted the desired font, please proceed to place your order on Housenama and share the link to your desired font in the field titled "Add a note to your order" on the Cart page during the Checkout process.
Hi .will it survive the rain outdoor?
Yes, you can use it outdoors. Unlike materials such as stainless steel and acrylic, wood is not inherently weatherproof and water-resistant. While the PU coating does add sufficient protection, the coating may get washed off in a few years of exposure to rain. So, if you stay in a place that receives heavy rainfall, you should apply a fresh coat of PU to the name-plate every few years.
