However, concerns exist about delivery delays and poor post-sales support when products arrive damaged, with limited repair options offered.
Ordered a custom signage (~₹7K) from Housenama for my new home, well in advance of the inauguration.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There were no updates for weeks, and I had to follow up repeatedly—only to receive the product later than promised. To make matters worse, it arrived partially damaged.
Their solution? Ship it back to Mumbai, wait for repairs, and receive it again after 3+ weeks—completely impractical for a time-sensitive order. I even arranged a local fix and requested reimbursement, but they declined and offered a negligible amount.
Poor post-sales support and lack of customer focus. Would not recommend.

It was very exciting to see the final outcome of the name we had chosen. And we were absolutely thrilled with it. It was also so easy to get it slightly customised. They are very prompt and very patient and the delivery was also very quick and smooth. Thank you Housenama for making it so beautiful.
